In addition to the stores and an online shop, Fust also offers comprehensive services in the areas of construction project management and kitchen & bathroom renovations. For the IT infrastructure this posed a major challenge - until now, achieved with a complex, self-developed ERP system and many different peripheral systems and interfaces.
With the implementation of SAP Retail, all retail and service processes were to be integrated and the various systems networked with each other.
