Karl brings over 20 years of retail experience across the supply chain, with the last 15 spent specialising in SAP.

He joined retailsolutions almost a decade ago as the first forecasting and replenishment specialist within the International team. Given the opportunity to build his own global competency centre, he established world-leading recognition for the practice as the go-to experts in the field. Under his leadership the team has grown to 14 specialists, delivering and facilitating engagements for retailers across the globe, and Karl is now regarded as one of the world's foremost experts in forecasting and replenishment.

Karl is now a partner and also serves as Practice Director for the Planning, Insights and Experience Competency Centres, where he continues to shape the direction of the practice and the value it delivers to clients worldwide.
