Coop Norge: Automated planning and inventory management thanks to perpetual inventory

At Coop Norge, the inventory was only fully recorded at the end of the year, as part of an annual counting routine.
The resulting lack of inventory visibility on most products, hindered full use of SAP F&R, with only 25% of the sales sensibly managed with this tool.

  • Complex architecture with the point-of sale system as primary and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) as secondary system

SAP Forecast & Replenishment

Fully automated forecasting and replenishment with SAP F&R has been increased to more than 70 % of the total product range and continues to grow.
