The Swiss SAP consulting company retailsolutions has appointed Florian Kraus, a highly experienced SAP manager, to its extended management team as Partner and Head of Sales and Business Development. Kraus joined SAP in 1997 and has gained over 20 years of valuable experience in the retail and consumer goods industry in various areas - in Germany, the USA and since 2002 in Switzerland. Most recently, Kraus was Head of Industry Presales and Head of Customer Advisory Consumer Products & Retail at SAP Switzerland.
