retailsolutions starts the ground-breaking ceremony for the new office building in St. Ingbert

"Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in the history of retailsolutions," said managing directors Michael Anderer, Jörg Frisch and Philipp Rohe, proudly welcoming the guests at the ceremony marking the start of construction of the new retailsolutions building.

In the presence of the mayor of Sankt Ingbert, the architect's office Hampp, the building contractor Hermann Backes, as well as numerous employees of retailsolutions, Michael Anderer thanked for the unbureaucratic support of the city of St. Ingbert and the professional cooperation with the architect's office.

The decision for the new location in St. Ingbert is also historically based: retailsolutions was founded in 2005 from a spin-off of the St. Ingbert based software company SAP, with which retailsolutions is still connected by a close partnership. In addition, the valuable contacts to the surrounding universities and the DFKI, the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, are advantages for this location.

The mayor of St. Ingbert, Hans Wagner, is sure that retailsolutions made the right decision in choosing St. Ingbert as a location as well. In his speech he emphasized that St. Ingbert, as a business-friendly location, attaches great importance to making it as easy as possible for companies to build up their businesses. "Our city places high demands on itself when it comes to promoting companies. Even after completion of the location retailsolutions can be sure of our support", says Hans Wagner.

The new company building was planned with the architect's office Hampp and should offer space for about 100 employees in its offices. "We placed particular emphasis on communication and flexibility during the planning phase," explained Thomas Hampp. Spacious, glazed corridors and green courtyards offer the opportunity for communicative exchange among colleagues. The meeting rooms are designed in such a way that they can be flexibly extended by partition walls to fit 20 to 100 people.

To the applause of the retailsolutions staff, the managing directors toasted the big construction project with all the guests. The symbolic ground-breaking ceremony then marked the start of the ambitious goal of completing the construction work by the end of April 2020.

At the following lunch in the party tent on the construction site, families and friends of the retailsolutions team were invited and let the afternoon end in a relaxed atmosphere.
